I have been practicing...

Bodywork Therapy for over 25 years and over the years my practice has expanded to include Spiritual Counseling, Intuitive Guidance and Trauma Resolution work.

I studied with the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB), Esalen, The Upledger Institute, Theta Healing® Institute, am an Ordained Minister with the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness (MSIA) where I have a Master's of Spiritual Science (MSS) and Doctorate of Spiritual Science (DSS) , and completed the 2 year Spiritual Psychology Mastery program: Life Mastery and Soul Centered Living @ the University of Santa Monica's (USM) & received all Reiki attunements. I have over 30 years of yoga training, with an Iyengar Yoga emphasis, and am certified in the alignment specific style of Yoga Tune Up®. 

My background in Yoga, meditation, dance, swimming, fitness, Tai Chi, Energy Medicine, and Spiritual Counseling provides the foundation for an intimate understanding of health, alignment and self care.

I have personally been deeply interested in all forms of therapies, psychology and spirituality from a very young age starting with my first therapist at 9yrs. old, beginning my yoga & meditation practice at 16, and have explored many forms of therapeutic work throughout my life both personally and professionally on all levels: mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically (from traditional therapy, to Spiritual Counseling, Rebirthing, Craniosacral, Myofacial Release, Energy Medicine, Practitioners with Spiritual Sight, Past Life Regression, Holistic Health and more... ) and believe they all influence each other.
I have always had an intuitive gift to support others from a compassionate, neutral space and help them shift into greater loving awareness and awakening within themselves.
