I have been practicing...

Bodywork Therapy for over 21 years and over the years my practice has expanded to include Spiritual Counseling, Intuitive Guidance and Trauma Resolution work.

I studied with the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB), Esalen, The Upledger Institute, Theta Healing® Institute, received all Reiki attunements, am am an Ordained Minister with the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness (MSIA) where I have a Master's of Spiritual Science (MSS) and am in my 3rd and final year of (DSS) the Doctorate of Spiritual Science program, and completed a 2 year Spiritual Psychology Mastery program called Life Mastery and Soul Centered Living @ the University of Santa Monica's (USM). I have over 20 years of yoga training, with an Iyengar Yoga emphasis, and am certified in the alignment specific style of Yoga Tune Up®. 

My background in Yoga, meditation, dance, swimming, fitness, Tai Chi, Reiki, and Spiritual counseling provides the foundation for an intimate understanding of health, alignment and self care.

I have personally been deeply interested in all forms of therapies, psychology and spirituality from a very young age starting with my first therapist at 9yrs. old, beginning my yoga & meditation practice at 18, and have explored many forms of therapeutic work throughout my life both personally and professionally on all levels: mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically (from traditional therapy, to Spiritual Counseling, Rebirthing, Craniosacral, Myofacial Release, Reiki, Practitioners with Spiritual Sight, Past Life Regression, Holistic Health and more... ) and believe they all influence each other.
I have always had an intuitive gift to support others from a compassionate, neutral space and help them shift into greater loving awareness and awakening within themselves.
